On Wednesday, January 22, 2025, the French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FSACCI) members gathered at the Chamber's offices to reconnect, network, and celebrate the beloved French tradition of the Galette des Rois.
The evening was filled with laughter and the delicious aroma of the galette—a flaky puff pastry filled with almond cream. Guests eagerly took part in the timeless tradition of searching for the hidden fève, with one lucky attendee crowned King or Queen for the day!
Beyond the festivities, members were introduced to FSACCI’s exciting lineup of events and business opportunities for 2025. It was a fantastic way to start the year, strengthening community ties while celebrating a cherished cultural custom.
