Step Ahead Staffing is proud to celebrate 20 years of advancing disability-inclusive employment and workplace transformation across Southern and East Africa. Over the past two decades, the organization has connected thousands of individuals with opportunities while helping employers build more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.
As part of this milestone year, Step Ahead Staffing officially launched InclusiVerse in 2025, an AI-powered microlearning platform designed to move organizations beyond awareness and towards measurable behavioural change and accountability. The platform equips workplaces with practical tools to strengthen inclusion and accessibility as part of everyday business practices.
Further highlighting its innovation, InclusiVerse was shortlisted for the Tech Start-Up category at the Africa Tech Week Awards. Through continued partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and regional expansion, Step Ahead Staffing remains committed to driving sustainable inclusion and demonstrating that disability inclusion is both a social responsibility and a strategic business advantage.
