Member News | Wiltons: growing, and building something lasting

Wiltons is entering its next growth phase. A more structured, AI-enabled and human-led firm, while staying true to what we've always been: accounting for people.

Our team is growing, and that growth reflects the firm's own momentum. We've made new appointments across operations, payroll, tax and marketing, welcoming Ncumisa Nodaka (Operations Manager), Thamentha Maharaj (VAT and Payroll Manager), Olubunmi Adegelu (Technical Support Consultant) and Suzette Meyer (Head of Marketing). Together they deepen our capacity and strengthen how we deliver, with more consistency, speed and care for every client.

We're embedding AI across our workflows to reduce admin and speed up drafting and review, freeing our team for higher-value advisory work. For clients, that means faster turnaround with the same human judgement behind every decision.

Beyond the firm, The Wiltons Foundation continues its mission: that zero hunger and quality education together are the surest route out of poverty. Our next build is a new early-learning centre at Meadowsweet Combined School in the KwaZulu-Natal Drakensberg, replacing an unsafe structure with a safe, permanent creche for 60 young children. Built to the Department of Basic Education's registration standard and launching in October 2026, it becomes a feeder into the school: a continuous learning journey from age two.
