DONOVAN GOLIATH | STAND UP COMEDIAN
Donovan Goliath was the creative voice of the Loerie Awards 2018, previously hosted M-Net 101. He is a South African comedian best known for being one of the celebrity dancers on the seventh season of the SABC3 reality competition Strictly Come Dancing, in 2014.
Donovan has appeared at numerous comedy festivals including Blacks Only, Soweto Comedy Festival, 99% Xhosa Comedy (East London), Zulu Comedy Corner (Durban), Jou Ma Se Comedy (Cape Town), MzansiFela Festival, AWEdnesday Comedy Jam and Tshwane Comedy Nights.
Goliath was also a nominee in the Newcomer of the Year category for the 2012 Comics Choice Awards. In 2013 he was nominated in the Blackberry Breakthrough category as well.
In 2017 he joined the SABC1 entertainment show The Real Goboza, taking over from Phat Joe.
