Tickets shall be non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organisers.
Cancellations made no later than five (5) working days prior to the event shall be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event shall be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund.
Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event shall not be eligible for any refund.
Transfer of tickets to another person must be communicated in writing prior to the event.

Each guest will receive a complimentary raffle ticket upon entry, with additional tickets available for purchase on-site.
