Cancellation Policy
As appointment slots are limited and reserved exclusively for each participant, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the full participation fee of R650 (excl. VAT) being charged. This policy allows us to effectively manage bookings and offer available slots to other members.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to secure your preferred time slot and invest in a professional image that leaves a lasting impression.
