Join us for the 5th edition of our Internet of Everything Africa series: The Future of Work From a HR Perspective
#IOEAfrica will kick off in 2020 with discussion of HR and the furture of work.
The future of work offers unparalleled opportunities, but also significant challenges. Technological exponentiality and globalisation are having a profound impact on society and labour markets. It is therefore crucial to understand how to help workers at large to manage the transition with the least possible disruption to enter the 4th Industrial Revolution as well as how to prepare the youth to be part of the new future of work.
This edition aims to address the transformation of the labour market in our society impacted by technology. But also to bring together entrepreneurs, professionals, enthusiasts and decision makers for a casual networking event to discuss the changes in the world of work.
The Internet of Everything Africa provides the opportunity for aspiring start-ups to pitch their ideas to top French and South African Companies. This is a great opportunity to provide a platform for tomorrows innovators. This series also aims to bring together the incubators, corporates and idea generators.
