Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to events@fsacci.com.
• Cancellations received on or before 08 June 2026 will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 08 June 2026 or for non-attendance.
Participant substitutions may be made at any time before the event at no additional cost.
Please note that this tournament is reserved for intermediate and advanced players only. FSACCI reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

Time: Arrive from 18:15 | Games begin promptly at 18:30 (18:30 – 20:30)

Racket hire: Please bring your own or rent one at the venue at the participants’ own cost.
Refreshments: We also encourage you to bring your own water, or you may purchase some at the venue
Event Format 18:15 – 18:30 | Arrival, team allocations, and briefing
18:30 – 20:30 | King of the Court rotating matches Players rotate courts based on results, ensuring maximum interaction and dynamic play.
20:30 – 21:30 | Networking hour – Drinks and food for own account
