All cancellations must be submitted in writing to FSACCI via email.
Cancellations received 7 days or more prior to the event will not incur any charges.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event will be billed in full.
Registered participants who are unable to attend may nominate a substitute from the same organisation at no additional cost, provided FSACCI is notified in writing before the event.
No-shows on the day of the event will be billed the full registration fee.
In the unlikely event that FSACCI cancels or postpones the event, registered participants will be notified accordingly.
