A webinar brought to you by the British Chamber of Business in Southern Africa

South Africa was initially lauded for its decisive response to Covid-19, and its restrictive lockdown. However the lockdown's extension has led to increasing hardship for citizens and to many businesses closing their doors for good.

Business is keen to return to work in a safe and responsible manner. It wants to support the national health response, and contribute to humanitarian efforts. Above all it needs to survive - to continue employing people and to re-activate the economy.

The Solidarity Fund is rallying business, public sector organisations and members of society behind it to address the immediate healthcare and humanitarian need, but also to positively affect the aftermath of the lockdown.

Join British Chamber President, Leon Ayo in conversation with: Dr. Adrian Enthoven, Executive Chairman of Yellowwoods and Deputy-Chairman of the South African Solidarity Fund and Paul Bondi, Co-Head SA, Rothschild & Co.

The webinar will be the opportunity to talk about where the almost R2.8bn already committed to Solidarity is being spent and what oversight is in place. And while we're together - let's also talk about business getting back on its feet!
