SMME Digital Transformation Series – Part 1 of 3

The French South African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FSACCI), in partnership with CIBA Industries, is pleased to launch the SMME Digital Transformation Series, a three-part programme designed to equip growing businesses with the knowledge, practical tools and strategic partnerships needed to thrive in an increasingly digital business environment.

This is a member-only event.

The series will bring together a select group of 15 SMMEs for three focused sessions exploring the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on practical application and business impact.

Part 1: SMME Digital Transformation

The first session will introduce participants to the fundamentals of digital transformation and explore how technology, digital tools and emerging solutions can support more efficient, competitive and sustainable businesses.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage with peers and industry experts, identify areas where digitalisation can add value to their businesses, and begin developing a practical approach to their own digital transformation journey.

The programme is designed for senior decision-makers who are directly involved in the strategic and operational development of their businesses.

Target participants include:

CIOs, CFOs, Financial Managers, Senior Project Managers, Heads of Finance, Heads of Projects and other senior leaders with responsibility for technology, finance, operations, projects or business transformation.

Who Can Participate?

To ensure meaningful engagement and continuity throughout the programme, participation will be limited to FSACCI member businesses that meet the following criteria:

• Fully operational.
• Must have been trading for a minimum of two years.
• Must employ between 5 and 250 people.
• Nominate a senior leader who is committed to attending all three sessions of the series.

Places are limited to 15 businesses, allowing for a more focused and interactive experience.

This is Part 1 of a three-part series. Participants selected for the programme are expected to commit to attending all three sessions to maximise the value of the programme and ensure continuity throughout the digital transformation journey.
