The French South African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FSACCI), in partnership with CIBA Industries, continues the SMME Digital Transformation Series with its second session of the three-part programme designed to equip growing businesses with the knowledge, practical tools and strategic partnerships needed to thrive in an increasingly digital business environment.

Part 2: YOUR DIGITAL BLUEPRINT
In Session 1, attendees were assisted in creating their 30-day Modernisation Priority Plan. In Session 2, facilitators will assist participants in creating a “Process Transformation Blueprint”. This working document maps a core business process from its current state to a streamlined, automated future, including a recommended tool stack and phased implementation sequence.
Topics covered in this session include how African SMMEs have automated core business processes, selecting the right technology for your size and budget, process mapping and future-state design, phasing implementation without disrupting operations, managing risk and internal resistance during change, and maintaining visibility and control throughout the process.
Target participants include:
CIOs, CFOs, financial managers, senior project managers, heads of finance, heads of projects, and other senior leaders with responsibility for technology, finance, operations, projects or business transformation.
Who Can Participate?
To ensure meaningful engagement and continuity throughout the programme, participation will be limited to businesses that meet the following criteria:
- Fully operational
- Trading for a minimum of two years
- Employ between 5 and 250 people
- Nominate a senior leader committed to attending this session and the final sessions
Participation is limited to 15 businesses to keep the experience focused and interactive.
