Cancellations & No-Shows
Tickets and tables are subject to FSACCI's event cancellation policy.
Cancellations made 10 days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund. In the case of FSACCI members, any cancellation made within 10 days of the event will remain fully billable and the applicable invoice will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unless otherwise determined by FSACCI in writing.

Registration & Payment
- Registration is not confirmation of attendance and is subject to availability.
- For non-FSACCI members, attendance is confirmed only once an invoice has been issued and paid in full.
- Places are allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.
- Ticket and table prices are exclusive of VAT.
- Tickets and tables are non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed by FSACCI.

Should the event be cancelled, postponed or substantially modified due to circumstances beyond the organisers' reasonable control, FSACCI will communicate the applicable arrangements to registered participants.
POPIA & Data Protection
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), FSACCI will process personal information collected through registration for event administration, communication, attendance management and related engagement.
By registering, participants consent to the processing of their personal information for these purposes.
Photography & Filming
By attending the event, participants acknowledge that photographs and video footage may be taken and used by FSACCI, CCE South Africa, Business France South Africa, and the wider Team France network for communication and promotional purposes.
