Dr. Sean RogersDirector

Dr Sean Rogers has provided research-based advisory to those working in sub-Saharan African countries for over a decade. His areas of expertise include African socio-political environments, particularly the politics of South Africa and southern Africa, African intercultural integration and various forms of qualitative analysis. Sean has advised international companies on their African business strategies, stakeholder interactions and employee integration in African countries. He has also developed advisory programmes so as to ensure various companies' success in their operating environments.

Sean has developed both an extensive knowledge of African countries and the analytic skills necessary for the study and analysis of issues related to contemporary African politics, business and socio-economic environments. This knowledge is supplemented and enhanced by the experience Sean gained from living and working in various African countries. In addition, Sean has taught at both high school and university where he published numerous academic articles.
