EnviroServ Celebrating 17 LTI-Free Years: A Milestone in Safety Excellence
On 2 November 2024, EnviroServ’s Moses Dhlamini, Onsite Supervisor for the Vaal and Kroonstad areas, and his dedicated team achieved a significant safety milestone—17 years without a Lost Time Injury (LTI). This outstanding achievement underscores their steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards in a challenging and demanding work environment.
Over the years, Moses and his crew have successfully navigated numerous obstacles, from planned shutdowns to harsh road conditions, all while upholding a zero-compromise approach to safety. Their ability to consistently operate without incident reflects the culture of safety they have built and their belief that Zero Harm is not just a goal, but a reality that can be achieved.
"17 years without an LTI is a remarkable testament to the professionalism, discipline, and teamwork of Moses and his crew," said Esme Gombault, EnviroServ’s Group Technical Director. "Their achievement proves that safety is not just a policy, but a way of working every day. We are incredibly proud of their continued commitment to operational excellence."
This milestone is a reminder to all that with dedication and a strong safety culture, every team can achieve the goal of Zero Harm. Moses, his team, and their achievements continue to inspire and set the standard for safety excellence across EnviroServ.
