The French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FSACCI) is pleased to invite all its members, in good standing, to take part in our upcoming AGM.
The Annual General Meeting of the FSACCI is a great opportunity for us to present this past year's achievements. Kindly note that this event will be hold both in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Following the AGM; all members are invited to join a networking session in Johannesburg and Cape Town
AGM DETAILS
- Date: Thursday 15th of September 2022
- Time: be present by 16.30 for a start at 17.00. The AGM will end at 18.30
- In Johannesburg: at FASKEN, 98 Albertyn Avenue, Inanda Greens Business Park, Sandton, 2196
- In Cape Town: at AFRICAWORKS, 7 Bree St, Cape Town City Centre, 8000
REGISTRATION / SENDING A PROXY
The AGM can only take place if the quorum is reached, this is why it is important for each company to participate, please confirm your participation here.
If you can't attend the AGM, please use the Proxy to participate (proxy to be sent to business@fsacci.com.
1- ELECTIONS OF DIRECTORS OF THE BOARD
This event will give way to the elections of new Directors of the Board.
The elections will be organized according to our MOI 2019 that you can find here.
- Only the Members attending the AGM and up to date with the payment of their Membership fees will be allowed to vote.
- There is only one vote per Member, but you may ask another Member to vote for you using the Proxy. There can be only one proxy per Member.
The NEW board of directors will appoint among the 2022 Directors the Chairperson, the Treasurer and if decided by the board a Company Secretary and Vice-Chairperson(s) for the next 3 (three) year mandate.
2- HOW TO APPLY TO BE A CANDIDATE?
The Board of Directors is open to any FSACCI Members who are up to date with the payment of their membership fees.
If you want to support the development of our organization and be a candidate in the election, please complete the Candidature Form.

Kindly be reminded that you must have paid your annual membership fees to participate to the AGM, to vote, and to the candidate for a position at the Board of Directors.
