Lars Niehaus has gathered in excess of 20 years' experience both as an attorney and corporate advisor. He has advised large, medium and small multi-national corporates wishing to enter the South African market and in various other territories worldwide. In his advisory role Lars is capable of procuring irrevocable bank guarantees, advising regarding the purchase and sale of fixed properties by foreign companies in South Africa and by South Africans outside of South Africa, ensuring compliancy for clients wherever they may wish to operate, assisting and advising clients on all aspects of immigration Law. In addition, Lars has litigated countrywide on behalf of numerous German, Swiss and Austrian multi-national companies as well as on behalf of South African JSE-listed and high-net-worth privately-owned companies including banks, insurance companies and hospitality groups.
