FSACCI would like to thank the former Engie representative, François Chaptal de Chanteloup for his great commitment to our network and activities. Before to leave South Africa, François used to be, among other commitment, the very active coordinator of our Legal Committee.

Graduated from Centrale Marseille in 1998, Thomas Palix has joined ENGIE in 2008 and held different positions in Project Management and Business Development in Middle-East, India and China. Appointed as Project Director and representative for ENDEL in South Africa from 2015 to 2017, Thomas has been working from 2018 as Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager for the acquisition of Thermaire and Ampair.
Jointly, the acquired companies form the largest South African HVAC contractor and export its skills cross-border into the Southern African region.

In November 2019, Thomas has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Thermaire and Ampair with particular focus on Major projects, Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
