On Tuesday 12 November 2019, Xavier Olivier, Director at DarkMatter shared his insights at our FSACCI Coffee Table on 'The Oil of the Digital Era - Data'.
While informing our Members on why data matters and how some major companies (Alphabet (Google), Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Verizon) collect and process our data to create and capitalise on behavioural profiles, Xavier Olivier stressed that having informed data and using it in your business can help make it more relevant to the consumers and reduce costs such as marketing.
