Back To | FSACCI Holds Annual General Meeting and Celebrates 45 Years of Impact
The French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FSACCI) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 15 May 2025. The meeting took place simultaneously in Johannesburg at Fasken's offices in Inanda Greens Buisness Park and in Cape Town at AfricaWorks.
A quorum was reached ahead of the meeting’s start with the participation of 50 members including proxy.
Erwanne Meilhoc, FSACCI General Manager, opened the proceedings and welcomed members in good standing who attended in person or via proxy.
Dr. Yves Guenon, FSACCI Chairperson, presented the 2024 Annual Report and reviewed key activities and milestones from the past financial year.
Two FSACCI board members, Philip Geromont and Sebastien De Place, were successfully reelected, reinforcing the Chamber’s continued commitment to good governance and stability.
Following the formalities of the AGM, members in Johannesburg gathered for a cocktail networking event at FSACCI's offices to mark FSACCI’s 45th anniversary.
The celebratory evening brought together long-standing members and new partners to acknowledge the Chamber’s role in supporting French South African business relations over the past four and a half decades.
The AGM and anniversary celebration offered a space for members to reconnect and reflect on shared goals for the year ahead.
