French Tech Night held in Johannesburg
On June 28th, the French Tech Hub Cape Town, in partnership with the French Embassy and Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct, organized a networking evening dedicated to South African start-ups. The aim of the event was to connect both Johannesburg's and Cape Town's tech ecosystems. Entrepreneurs were given the great opportunity to meet with key investors in the innovation and tech industries.
The French Tech community remains deeply committed to filling the gap existing between the South African innovative potential and the rest of the world. An initiative launched by the French government in 2013, the French Tech has been very active in South Africa since 2016 and the selection of Cape Town as one of the 21 international French Tech Hubs.
