Sustainable City Conference | 06 November 2018 | Hyatt Regency, Rosebank
You are cordially invited to attend the first Sustainable City conference proudly brought to you by Business France / the French Trade Commission in South Africa, in collaboration with the French Embassy in South Africa, the French Development Bank (AFD), the French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FSACCI) and the French Sustainable City Club. That business club gathers French companies based in South Africa that have an expertise in sectors such as water, transport, construction and electricity.
High level speakers of the public and private sector will share insight of the problematics of South African cities during a full conference day at the Hyatt Regency Rosebank.
Sessions will place an emphasis on the following topics and thematic areas:
- Housing & Construction (town planning, CBD revitalization and rehabilitation of high rise buildings, green architecture, energy and water efficiency in buildings and affordable housing)
- Transport & urban mobility (intermodality, “last mile”)
- Water & Sanitation (water management and treatment, non-revenue water)
- Energy / Electricity (renewable energy, smart grids, distribution and technical and revenue losses)
