ABOUT THE SPEAKER > William Roos, Head of Regional Economic Department of the French Embassy in South Africa Statistician-economist, William ROOS is the Economic Counsellor, Head of Regional Economic Department of the French Embassy in South Africa since last September. After having worked for five years at the INSEE, William Roos continued his carreer at the French Treasury (2004 - 2016) where he stayed Deputy Director of Macroeconomic Policies for more than three years.
