The Bilateral Chambers of Commerce and Industry business seminar, held on 8th August 2024, was a pivotal event organized by Dube Tradeport and Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN). 

The seminar brought together key stakeholders from various sectors to explore investment opportunities in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).

The event highlighted the crucial role that bilateral chambers play in fostering international trade relations and economic collaboration between South Africa and other nations. 

Attendees, including representatives from different chambers, engaged in discussions on KZN's economic recovery and transformation strategies. 

TIKZN presented the province's latest developments, focusing on investment opportunities within Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and infrastructure development.

Keynote presentations emphasized the importance of addressing challenges such as unemployment, inequality, and the impact of COVID-19. The seminar also underscored the significance of public-private partnerships and strategic planning to drive economic growth in KZN.

This successful event not only showcased KZN as a prime investment destination but also strengthened the relationships between TIKZN and the bilateral chambers, paving the way for future collaborations and business expansions into the province.
