Bureau Veritas Supports Tembisa Students with Study Guides and Motivation
Bureau Veritas, a platinum member of the French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FSACCI), demonstrated its commitment to education and youth development through a recent community engagement initiative.
On April 12th, 2024, Bureau Veritas Inspectorate Laboratories partnered with United Way to provide essential resources to the matric class of 2024 at Tembisa West Secondary School.
The significant donation included 57 Mathematics Study Guides, 15 Physical Science Study Guides, and 180 English Study Guides.
These resources aim to empower students and bolster their preparations for the critical matriculation exams, shaping a strong foundation for their academic and professional aspirations.
The partnership extended beyond just providing resources. A team from Bureau Veritas and United Way spent the morning at the school, where motivational speakers like Lefentse Mphahlele (Lead Asset Integrity Management Engineer), Sewata Ramadiba (Procurement Administrator), Musa Mazibuko (Treasury Supervisor), and Louis Themba Mahlangu (Office Maintenance and Driver) engaged and encouraged the students.
This interaction provided invaluable inspiration and guidance for future graduates.
