CIBA participates in Future of Work Virtual Conference 2023
Sean Kevin Ammon, CIBA' Managing Director participated in the CNBC Africa's Future of Work Virtual Conference 2023.
He declared "The world economic forum have predicted that by 2025 digital and AI would have reduced 85 million jobs. But at the same time would have created 97 million new jobs. So I think that the first emotion to anything new or anything different will always be fear .” (from 3:40 minutes to 5:00 minutes in the video).
The virtual conference was hosted in partnership with Forbes Africa and Vodacom Business Africa and focused on "Shifting Work Dynamics & Workplace Culture".
The theme for the 2023 Future of Work Virtual Conference was Innovation in a Rapidly Evolving World of Work. Part 2 features two panel discussions - one on Technological Innovation, Transformation and Automation, and the other on Shifting Work Dynamics and Workplace Culture.
