As the operators of the first high speed train in Africa (the Gautrain) Bombela as a company and as a brand name has become synonymous with efficiency and competence.

Their expertise also extends to operating and maintaining buses, midibuses, railways and stations. For years they have been providing passengers with safe, punctual and reliable transportation. This year marks 13 years since they have been in South Africa, as they are part of the French group RATP Dev.

BOC is a transformed company with 50% female employees and they continue to make strides in hiring more disabled employees.
