The Internet of Everything Africa - Episode II
On June 27, the French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Fliptin organised the second edition of the events series - The Internet of Everything Africa.
Our second episode gathered close to 70 participants to unpack the topic 'Customer Journey 2.0: How to leverage behavioural data' with a very insightful panel discussion and quality questions from the audience.
Our main speaker, Yazeed Osman, Co-Founder at Usfl and Zando's CRM Manager used a number of case studies to emphasise the importance of focusing on the customer's needs (asking individual and lifestyle specific questions) in order to collect strategic data and have a more accurate picture of what your customer wants.
Three main lessons to take away from his intervention:

- Engage with intention
- Email is king
