UIF TERS May applications now open | Artemis Group
Artemis Group shares key updates with the FSACCI network on UIF TERS May applications.
'As of this morning, 28 May 2020 12:00 the UIF TERS site has opened for the May applications.
We were advised that May applications will be paid within 24 hours in cases where:
- April applications were approved and paid AND;
- The signed acceptance letter and proof of payments have been submitted (If claims were paid for April but Proof of Payments not yet submitted, the UIF TERS fund will withhold the May payments until they receive this).
Where there are queries for April (such as declarations not filed with the UIF or foreign passports), applications for May must still be submitted and as soon as these issues are resolved the TERS fund will pay for both April and May.
We expect the website to be operating at a much slower capacity with the high volume of users accessing the site. If you experience this, please get in touch as we have a team operating during the (off-peak) hours to ensure that all claims are processed.
Please remember that UIF TERS are exempt from any statutory deductions and a new code should be added on your payroll to accommodate this. If you are unsure of this or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us'.
