PRIO (Resource Officer for Information and Guidance)
This role serves as the school’s main reference point for Guidance Counselling, the AGORA platform, and PARCOURSUP. Responsibilities include developing the guidance component of the School Development Plan and the “Parcours Avenir” programme in collaboration with the leadership team, conducting individual guidance interviews, and managing alumni follow-up and guidance surveys. The role also involves monitoring and sharing information on academic programmes, careers, and orientation procedures, organizing university and career guidance trips, leading group sessions with students and parents, and coordinating work-experience placements, company visits, and career-related events such as Careers Fairs and Lunch Talks.
Human Resource Management
In collaboration with the leadership team and the HR Committee, the role contributes to the development and implementation of the school’s HR strategy and policies. Responsibilities include reviewing and updating HR policies in line with legislative and organizational requirements, advising the leadership team and Board on HR matters, and participating in consultations and social dialogue with staff and their representatives. The role also involves communicating HR developments to staff, managing the administrative follow-up of locally recruited employees, preparing payroll with the accounting department, supporting the induction of new staff members, overseeing the administrative management of “détaché” staff, and providing administrative support for recruitment processes, including vacancy publication, application tracking, and candidate communication.
