Back To | FSACCI Holds Annual General Meeting - FY 2025
The French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FSACCI) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 21 May 2026. The meeting took place simultaneously in Johannesburg at Fasken's offices in Inanda Greens Business Park and in Cape Town.
Our Cape Town team met for the AGM at the offices of The INVNT GROUP — the group behind the launch of the LaDurée franchise in South Africa, and then later had Dinner at LaDurée Restaurant.
A quorum was reached ahead of the meeting’s start with the participation of 58 members, including a proxy.
Erwanne Meilhoc, FSACCI General Manager, opened the proceedings and welcomed members in good standing who attended in person or via proxy.
Dr. Yves Guenon, FSACCI Chairperson, presented the 2025 Annual Report and reviewed key activities and milestones from the past financial year.
Two FSACCI board members, Thulisile Phiri and Francois de Thomasson, were successfully re-elected, reinforcing the Chamber’s continued commitment to good governance and stability.
Following the formalities of the AGM, members in Johannesburg gathered for a cocktail networking event at FSACCI's offices.
The celebratory evening brought together long-standing members and new partners to acknowledge the Chamber’s role in supporting French South African business relations over the past four and a half decades.
The AGM and cocktail networking offered a space for members to reconnect and reflect on shared goals for the year ahead.
