Back to | Mock Interview Session, Bridging the Gap between Education and Employment
The French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with the Sizanani Mentorship Programme, hosted a mock interview session on Tuesday,12 May 2026, at the Chamber’s offices in Sandton.
The initiative supported unemployed graduates currently enrolled in a training programme funded by the Group RATP Foundation. Participants took part in structured mock interviews led by HR professionals, receiving practical feedback on interview skills, communication, and professional presentation.
HR professionals from Bombela Operating Company and the following organizations: Olea South Africa, Thabethe Talent & Skills Agency, Step Ahead Staffing and Limagrain volunteered their time to guide participants and share insights from their recruitment experience. For many graduates, this was their first formal interview experience.
The session forms part of a broader mentorship and training programme aimed at helping young graduates build confidence, gain workplace exposure, and prepare for employment opportunities.
