The French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FSACCI) hosted its quarterly Membership Webinar on 25 February 2026. The online session formed part of the Chamber’s ongoing drive to support member engagement and visibility.
The webinar targeted new members and companies seeking to make better use of their membership. FSACCI presented a structured overview of its events calendar, business services, and communication platforms. The session focused on practical steps members can take to increase exposure within the French and South African business community.
FSACCI outlined how companies can use the Private Portal to connect directly with other members. The Chamber also explained the value of Member-to-Member Offers, which allow businesses to promote exclusive deals within the network. The Member Book received attention as a key directory tool that strengthens business connections across sectors.
The Chamber encouraged members to take an active approach to participation. It advised companies to attend events regularly, contribute industry insights to the newsletter, and update their profiles on the portal to ensure visibility.
FSACCI confirmed that it will continue hosting quarterly membership webinars to ensure members understand available tools and maximise their return on membership.
