IFAS' Dibuka Library Festival to be held in September

The French Institute in South Africa (IFAS), in partnership with the Alliance Française of Johannesburg and the French Embassy in South Africa, will be organizing the Dibuka Library Festival from the 1st to the 29th of September. To be held at the multimedia francophone library Dibuka in Johannesburg, this book festival aims to celebrate Dibuka's new revamping and its 15th birthday.

Various workshops, screenings, story times around storytelling, bookmaking, animation and bande dessinée are scheduled during the whole month. A francophone multimedia library based in the garden of the Alliance Française of Johannesburg, Dibuka makes available 22 000 materials including books, CD's, DVD's, etc.
