AGL launches WeGoAfrica, a new service dedicated to the growth of African SMEs

Africa Global Logistics (AGL), a major player in transport and logistics in Africa, announces the launch of WeGoAfrica, an integrated logistics solution for African small and medium-sized enterprises. Designed to meet the specific constraints of SMEs, this offer aims to simplify access to markets, reduce logistics costs and support the structuring of local companies, in a context of strong intra-African trade.

While SMEs account for more than 90% of African businesses and play a central role in the continent's job creation and economic growth, they continue to face persistent structural challenges. The complexity of supply chains and administrative procedures, the high costs of digital solutions and limited access to finance are all obstacles that reduce their competitiveness and limit their ability to expand beyond their domestic markets.

The WeGoAfrica offer responds precisely to these challenges thanks to a value proposition structured around six strategic pillars:
• One Stop Ship', a one-stop shop for online quotes, consolidation of shipments, route optimization and real-time traceability,
• Trust Every Mile, reliable delivery from the first to the last mile, including in hard-to-reach areas, thanks to adapted multimodal solutions,
• Warehousing Without Barriers, shared, flexible and cost-effective warehousing solutions,
• DocuBridge, simplified procedures to improve clarity and administrative fluidity,
• My Log'Coach, personalised support provided by logistics experts,
• CashBoost, a secure payment solution with easy access to financing, developed in partnership with

SafeTrade. As such, Guy Mountonga, co-founder of SafeTrade101 emphasizes: “SafeTrade is building with AGL an ecosystem where logistics and finance complement each other to support the growth of African SMEs.”

For AGL, WeGoAfrica is part of an approach aimed at making logistics a lever for inclusive economic development. By  relying on its operational expertise, its pan-African network and its digital solutions, the company provides concrete and immediately actionable answers for the continent's players through these new services.

" At AGL, we believe that SME growth is essential for the sustainable development of the continent. With WeGoAfrica, we want to offer them simple, reliable and accessible solutions to overcome logistical barriers and accelerate their
expansion," says Gregory Risterucci, AGL's Chief Commercial Officer.

AGL reaffirms its ambition to be at the heart of Africa's transformations, by giving local players the logistical means for their growth.
