Camille Tricoire Appointed Country Director for South Africa and Southern Africa at Business France
Business France has announced the appointment of Camille Tricoire as the new Country Director for South Africa and Southern Africa.
An agricultural engineer by training, Camille brings more than 13 years of experience within Business France, including ten years previously based in Johannesburg. Her return marks a continuation of her deep engagement with the region and its business landscape.
In her new position, Camille will lead Business France’s operations in South Africa and across the Southern African region. Her focus will be on strengthening economic relations between France and local markets, promoting trade and investment opportunities, and supporting French companies seeking to expand their presence in the region.
Camille succeeds Marc Cagnard as Regional Director for Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean. Under her leadership, the regional office continues to advance its mission of connecting French and local enterprises through trade promotion, investment support, and innovation partnerships.
With this new appointment, Business France reinforces its long-term commitment to facilitating business exchanges and strengthening France’s economic footprint in Southern Africa.
