AfricSearch Marks 30 Years of Pan-African Executive Search
In 2026, AfricSearch celebrates 30 years of activity in pan-African executive search and HR advisory. Founded in 1996 with the objective of connecting global talent with opportunities across Africa, the group has supported organisations through three decades of economic transformation and regional growth.
From multinational corporations to leading African institutions, AfricSearch has partnered with clients across key sectors, contributing to leadership development and organisational performance throughout the continent.
Over the past 30 years, the firm has completed more than 12,000 executive assignments in over 40 African countries. This milestone reflects both the depth of its regional expertise and the strength of its international network, including its strategic partnership with the global executive search firm Alexander Hughes.
As part of this anniversary year, AfricSearch has launched a new website — www.africsearch.com — designed to reflect its evolution from a traditional search firm to a modern advisory partner. The platform offers an enhanced digital experience for clients and candidates, and provides insight into the group’s history, values, and African footprint.
Throughout 2026, the anniversary will be marked by a series of professional initiatives and events hosted across the group’s offices, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to building strong business and HR communities in Paris, Johannesburg, Abidjan, Lomé and beyond.
