Air France Resumes Daily Direct Flights Between Cape Town and Paris 

Air France, a platinum member of the French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FSACCI), will resume its seasonal direct flights between Cape Town and Paris for the 2025/2026 summer season. 

The daily service will run from 15 December 2025 to 12 January 2026. Flights will be operated by the Airbus A350. 

Flight AF0871 will depart Cape Town at 08:50 and land in Paris at 19:20. Flight AF0890 will depart Paris at 18:30 and arrive in Cape Town at 06:45 the next day. 

This route provides direct access between South Africa and France during the peak holiday season. 

It also connects South African travellers to destinations across Europe, the Americas, and beyond via Paris. 

Together with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Air France-KLM will operate up to 18 flights per week to Cape Town. 

In total, 32 flights per week will be available to South Africa, offering over 11,000 seats in each direction weekly. 

The expanded schedule supports business and tourism travel between the two countries.
