Alliance Française de Pretoria Launches New French Class Session from 23 March

Some of the Alliance Française de Pretoria’sRegular Group French classes will begin during the week of 23 March, marking the start of a new session for students interested in learning or improving their French. The classes cater to a wide range of levels, from beginners discovering the language for the first time to more advanced learners wishing to strengthen their fluency. Lessons focus on practical communication skills while also introducing students to elements of francophone cultures, literature, and everyday life.

In addition to language courses, the Alliance Française administers the Test d’Évaluation de Français (TEF), an internationally recognised French proficiency exam. The TEF is widely used to assess language ability for academic studies, professional opportunities, and immigration procedures in several French-speaking countries.

The organisation also provides professional translation and interpretation services in French, Portuguese, English, and Arabic. These services support individuals, businesses, and institutions that require reliable multilingual communication, whether for official documents, meetings, conferences, or cultural events.

Through its courses, examinations, and language services, the Alliance Française de Pretoria continues to play an active role in promoting multilingualism and facilitating cross-cultural exchange within the local community.
